    Romée4: Used to be able to use this app without having an account. Update description never mentions this change. Now I can't use the app.

    Nervousboy: Thought I needed weights, but it works with your OWN bodyweight. Nothing else needed except drive and motivation. The app is a good help.

    SJRD: Great app, to support exercise and keep track of progress. The only downside, practicing without additional weight is too easy when doing squads. You hit 150 reps easily and can just keep on going. An app won't give you weight obviously, so I'm figuring out how to do this. That's an issue that the push-up and sit-up app don't have since you can then do a lot with mere body weight.

    Crisje1989: Hele fijne app, voor premium betaal je een redelijk bedrag voor meer trainingen en GEEN reclame. De laatste tijd ontvang ik deze echter wel. NIET fijn
