    Today I tried to see if the app could be useful for monitoring my moods, thoughts and emotions. At first I edited a sad mood from waking up after a bad night sleep. After a couple of hours I started to feel better and went to do another entry. In this entry my mood was good and I wanted to add the involved emotions. However this is not possible as the only emotions you can select are the sad/negative ones. I was very surprised about this, because how can you monitor your emotions with such an incomplete list?
