    What’s so good about the app, is that really guides you trough the process of getting started with meditation. With 50 lessons to start with, things are really well built up. Also very inspirational lessons and talks. I use the app daily and dare to say it really changed my life for the better. Less reactive, sharper mind, appreciate the little tings in life better, look at nature and be quit... Well worth the money, and I’m happy I can contribute to the work of the team with my subscription.     I just completed the introductory course (50 lessons) and it’s absolutely amazing. I've always loved Sam's scalpel-like use of language in his debates and presentations. He has a gift for describing things so perfectly it's no effort at all to listen to him. This app is a jewel. Well, the app itself is simple, but the content is I mean. I feel I’m unlocking things hidden in my mind that always were there but failed to notice before. The more I practice the more I see there's veils to be lifted. Sometimes I manage to lift one and for a brief moment I feel this awesome state of just BEING. I try to apply the concepts during the day and it often works (and often not, this feels like a never ending learning experience). During the day I feel more in control of my feelings. It's hard to describe. I just reread what I wrote and I realize it sounds very New Agey. I didn’t intend it to sound like that. Don't get me wrong, I still feel me. It's simply that I feel there's sort of a base layer of being that I was unaware of. What can I say, I'm hooked.

    I’ve completed the 50 days course and used the daily meditations for a while now. And I can truly say that it changed my perspective on meditation a lot! I became more aware of what’s going on in my mind, body and outside of it. Being more aware of sensations brought stillness. It is such a clear app, so easy to use and so extremely informative. Bovendien van bewustwording van je ervaring van een “ ik” oftewel de plek van waaruit je bewust bent. Die plek is paradoxaal ook deel van je bewustzijn. Roept de vraag op: Is er meer dan bewustzijn?
